ACTION PLAN

We formulated the following action plan in order to help employees fully demonstrate their abilities. We have created an environment where employees can balance work and raise children, where each and every employee can work comfortably. And in order to have more female employees continue working with us, we will support them during pregnancy, childbirth and their return to work.
 
1.Term of action plan: 10 years, from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2030
 
2.Contents

Objective 1: To disseminate and provide information on the welfare system including maternity leave and allowance, childcare leave and its benefits, and exemption from social insurance premiums during childcare leave.

 
<Measures>

  • In March 2020, surveyed, confirmed and arranged various systems based on the law.
  • In March 2020, prepared and notified regulations for childcare and nursing care leave.
  • As of March 2020, raised awareness of childcare leave by regularly providing information to employees.

 

Objective 2: After interviewing pregnant female employees, a support plan for their return from childcare leave was formulated and measures based on the plan implemented.
